Black Fake Fingernails- 3 stars

Halloween is coming so when I saw these I thought I’ll order these and wear them for Halloween.  I’m allergic to something in porcelain nails so artificial plastic ones or just fingernail polish are the only options available to me.   

So I gathered everything together.  These nails came with a small emery board and both the adhesive backed tape and glue.  I made sure my fingernails were clean before applying anything.   I tried my first nail on using the double sided tape.   As I was figuring out what nail to apply to what finger next the fingernail with the double sided tape came off.  So I then decided to try out the glue which to me looked like regular super glue.  I was a little scared due to all my allergies but I decided I had enough counter measures available to me here at the house that I could counter whatever might happen so I went for it.  

The fake nails seemed either just a tad too big for my fingers or just a tad too small for my fingers.  But I found a size I thought would be appropriate for each finger and glued them on.   Finally all fingers done. 

I didn’t have them on for an hour yet before the fake fingernails started falling off.   

It was at this point I decided I would take the rest of them off.  The ones that didn’t just fall off or that I couldn’t just pop off I soaked in fingernail polish remover.  That process didn’t take very long.  The fingernails literally shredded and melted away in the remover. 

I ended up giving the rest of the fake fingernails to my niece.  To me these are not extraordinary fake fingernails, but the kind and variety that you can find in any drug store or retail store.
